Currently, we allow choosing your own piece from our available inventory. 

How long will the current designs be available in-store?
The range will be partially/fully refreshed periodically, based on new launch releases.

Are in-store items priced differently from online? 
No, prices are the same ☺

What are the accepted modes of payment?
PayNow via QR Code.

Can I use my discount code? 
Discount codes are not valid in-store, unless otherwise stated. (For example, Hyrox bulk purchase discounts.)

Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for in-store purchases with the exception of special cases. Do make sure to try on your item to ensure a good fit before purchasing.
