For returns or exchanges to be valid, a request must be submitted first and proof of delivery provided (e.g. photo of receipt) within 15 days upon receiving your order.
We seek your understanding that exchanges based on print preference for #MadeDifferent designs will strictly not be available. See end of page for more info.
Do take care to ensure returned items are unwashed, unworn with their original label tags and packaging included.
We strongly advise to ship returns/exchanges via registered/tracked mail, to our office address. We are strictly not responsible for any lost or misplaced mails if delivered through other methods.
We will provide email confirmation of the received return. Do allow 2-6 business days for the new item (for exchanges) to be delivered to you.
Returns & Refunds
For defective products:
- We will provide a replacement of the defective item, free of charge.
- If the item is OOS, a full refund will be made in cash.
- We usually require the defective item to be returned for inspection.
For non-defective products:
- Returns are subject to a case by case basis, and will be made in the form of store credits which can be used for your next purchase.
- No cash refunds are provided for returns of non-defective products.
All accepted refunds will be made within 7 business days upon receipt of returns. You will be notified via email once the refund is successful.
Please note that we do not refund sale items and shipping fees.
For first-time customers in Singapore, courier fees to deliver the new item (regardless of design) will be waived off - to ensure you get the right fit. ☺️
Subsequent size exchanges will be subjected to a courier fee (SGD 3.50 for Singapore addresses, varies for other locations) to ensure safe delivery of the new item from our warehouse, to you.
Do note that:
- Shipping costs to send the product back to us will be borne by the customer.
- If the price of the exchanged item is lower, the difference will not be refunded. (e.g. exchanging a $40 item for a $30 item)
- If the price of the exchanged item is higher, the difference will be charged.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Exchanges will be made in the form of store credits which can be used for your next purchase.
- Exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any exchanges.
- Resistance band exchanges, covered under our lifetime warranty, are limited to a maximum of 2 individual bands.

Please note that by purchasing a #MadeDifferent design, you acknowledge that your print is unique and may differ from the website images shown.
Most, if not all, colors will be present with some appearing more dominantly. This variation adds to the product’s beauty, making it one you can truly call your own.
