Returns & Exchanges
Do note that item exchanges are only allowed for first time purchases. Subsequent purchases are to be returned in exchange for store credits. Cash refunds are strictly not applicable.
For returns or exchanges to be valid:
- An email request must be submitted to email@example.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Resistance band exchanges, covered under our lifetime warranty, are limited to a maximum of two individual bands.
- Items must be in its original condition and packaging, with label tags attached.
We will provide email confirmation of the received item. Subsequently, do allow 2-6 business days for the new item to be delivered to you for exchanges. For returns, do allow up to 7 business days for the store credits to be issued.
These items are not valid for return/exchange:
- Returns/exchanges for sale items
- Exchanges based on print preference for #MadeDifferent designs. By purchasing from this collection, you acknowledge that your print is unique, giving it a one of a kind beauty, and may differ from the website images shown.
If your item is defective:
- We will provide a replacement of the defective item, free of charge.
- If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be made in cash.
- We usually require the defective item to be returned for inspection.
First time customers
If this is your first purchase, we will process a 1-to-1 exchange so you can get the right fit. ☺️ Cost of shipping the new item to you is waived off for local orders.
Shipping costs to send the product back to us will be borne by the customer.
Item can be of another design/color. If the price of the exchanged item is lower, the difference will not be refunded. If the price of the exchanged item is higher, the difference will be charged.
Do note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.
From your second purchase onwards, we only accept returns which will be refunded in the form of store credits.
Store credits expire in 3 months from its date of issue.
