How do I make a refund?
We accept returns for defective products within 14 days after the date of delivery. Please contact us at email@example.com to facilitate the return.
The returned item should be unwashed, unworn with the original label tags and packaging included.
Refunds will be made in the form of store credits which can be used for your next purchase. All refunds will be made within 7 business days from receipt of returns. You will be notified via email once the refund is successful.
Please note that no refunds or exchanges will be accepted for sale items. Shipping fees will also not be refunded.
Can I make an exchange?
We would be glad to do an exchange if the item that you want is still in stock. However, the exchanged item should be unworn, unwashed with the original label tag and packaging.
