Shipping Information

All orders come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you upon dispatch. We currently do not have a self-collection point or physical outlet.
Note: Delivery times stated below may be subject to delays during sales periods, festive seasons and public holidays. We will do our best to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible!

Orders above 150 SGD will include an exclusive FM-designed sticker pack. See our IG highlights for the current design.

To Singapore

Shipping is free for all orders above SGD$50. Orders below SGD$50 are subject to a shipping fee of SGD$5.

You should receive your item within 4-6 business days.
2-3 business days: To pack and dispatch your parcel upon order confirmation.
+ 2-3 business days: To deliver your item.

Delivery is doorstep and does not require a signature. Delivery attempts will be made up to 2 times with no additional charge. Upon the 2nd failed attempt, the parcel will be sent back to us. A re-delivery rate of SGD$5 will be charged for each re-delivery of returned parcel thereafter.

To all other countries

Shipping is free for orders above SGD$150-200, depending on your location: 

  • Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia: SGD$10 (Free shipping above SGD$150)
  • Hong Kong: SGD$15 (Free shipping above SGD$200)
  • Japan, Korea, Philippines, Brunei and Vietnam: SGD$20 (Free shipping above SGD$200)
  • New Zealand, Australia: SGD$30 (Free shipping above SGD$200)
  • Rest of the world: SGD$50 (Free shipping above SGD$200)

You should receive your item within 14 business days upon dispatch.

Kindly note that international orders:

  • May be subject to unpredictable delays in delivery due to customs clearance, changing regulations and the evolving Covid-19 situation
  • May be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country, upon the package's arrival at that country
  • May be subject to additional fees for customs clearance
  • These fees are to be fulfilled by the customer
