TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) We accept returns for defective products within 15 days after the date of delivery. Please contact us at email@example.com to facilitate the return.
Refunds, subjected to a case by case basis, will be made in the form of store credits which can be used for your next purchase. All accepted refunds will be made within 7 business days from receipt of returns. You will be notified via email once the refund is successful.
Please note that no refunds or exchanges will be accepted for sale items. Shipping fees will also not be refunded.
2) Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the product is unavailable, an exchange for another product offering in the correct size is allowed.
3) Product must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order (unless otherwise stated) to qualify for a size exchange. Please read more on how to facilitate an exchange here.
4) Product must be unworn, unwashed and with tags intact.
5) Proof of purchase/order number is required for all product exchanges.
