These hip bands are ideal for high resistance training and lower-body conditioning workouts. Strong and extremely durable, they’re perfect for heavy-load drills and recovery exercises after injuries. Remember – Glutes are built, not given!
Our new GEN 3 hip bands are modified with softer and smoother fabric, making direct contact against your skin way more comfortable than before.
(Please note that GEN 3 Limited Edition bands may feel less resistive than its GEN 2 counterparts because of the difference in composition of fabric)

5 golden rules to keep your bands in tip-top condition:
Wash your bands with water and light detergent.
Dry your bands with a towel before leaving it out to air dry.
Store your bands in a cool and dry place.
Avoid placing them under direct and excessive sunlight.
