LEGGINGS AND SHORTS

Understanding impact
The higher the impact, the higher the support.

Note: You may not desire maximum support for all activities. Some workouts, like a vinyasa flow or a heated yoga class, require lighter-weight materials that mold to your body and move as you flow.

Choose your leggings/shorts based on:
- How dynamic (high intensity with high speed) your movements will be
- How you want to feel during your activity (snug vs weightless)
- Features (e.g. If you're running, you may want discreet but functional features like hidden pockets and vented zips)

Spandex tells you how bendy it is. (Q for Jamie - Does this refer to the stretch? If so, how does stretch correlate to the % of spandex e.g. more spandex = stretchier?)

Ans : The higher amount of % spandex, the stronger it can hold its stretch. It could mean that yes it's stretchier (pull -and - bounce back), but doesn't mean it's easier to stretch. I'd say it represents the gear's ability to hold a stretch, and then return to it's original form. FYI : We generally try to keep the % spandex between 25 - 28%.
