Ideal for high resistance training and lower-body conditioning workouts. Highly durable, our in-house formulated hip bands are perfect for heavy-load strength training and cardio/HIIT drills alike. Remember – Glutes are built, not given!

Material: 
Made from our very own customized blend of cotton, polyester and rubber. Our new GEN 3 hip bands are modified with softer and smoother fabric, making direct contact against your skin way more comfortable than before. 

(Please note that GEN 3 Limited Edition bands may feel less resistive than its GEN 2 counterparts because of the difference in composition of fabric)

The point of measurement should be the midpoint between your knees and hips.
